General Terms and Conditions

Ticketing Terms & Conditions



1. Ticket Purchase & Entry



All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.



Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold above face value.



Entry wristbands must be worn at all times and are void if removed or tampered with.



The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.



Entry may be refused to any person who arrives at the event intoxicated.



2. Age & Alcohol



The event is open to all ages.



Alcohol will only be supplied and consumed by those 18 years and older with valid photo ID (NZ Driver’s Licence, Passport, or Kiwi Access Card).



Under-18s are welcome but must not purchase or consume alcohol.



3. Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements



Tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions).



Refund protection is available at the time of purchase through Flicket.



If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date.



4. Alcohol & Responsible Service



The event is strictly a licensed event. BYO alcohol is not permitted.



Wine and beverages will only be served to attendees wearing a valid 18+ wristband.



The Festival complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Intoxicated or disorderly persons may be refused service or removed from the venue without refund.



5. Health, Safety & Conduct



Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, and emergency services.



Dangerous, disruptive, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed without refund.



The event operates under a comprehensive Health & Safety Plan. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow all official directions.



6. Food, Beverages & Animals



A wide selection of food and beverages will be available for purchase on site.



No outside food or drink may be brought into the event (except for special dietary requirements or infant needs, subject to inspection).



No dogs or other animals are permitted on site, except for registered service animals.



7. Weather



The Festival will go ahead rain or shine. Attendees should dress appropriately and bring sun protection or wet-weather gear as required.



8. Photography & Media



By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.



Personal photography for private use is allowed, provided it does not disrupt other attendees, performers, or stallholders.



9. Liability



Attendees enter the event at their own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.



Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.



10. Event Rights



The event reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.



Updates will be published on the official event website.
